Notifications You Might Receive

Notifications You Might Receive

Summary: What kinds of alerts and updates you might get, and why one might not have arrived.

Main content

What you might be notified about

  • Order updates — when an order is created, or when its status or details change.
  • Payment reminders — a nudge when an invoice is coming due or overdue.
  • Statements — a summary of your account, sent either live or on a monthly schedule.
  • E-invoice notices — when an e-invoice is issued for your order.
  • Promotion approvals — if you're involved in approving promotions, you may get notified when one needs your sign-off, plus a periodic reminder digest if anything's still waiting on you.

How you receive them

Depending on how your account is set up, notifications can arrive as an in-app push, an email, a WhatsApp message, or a LINE message. If your account has two email addresses on file, notifications can be set to go to one, the other, or both.

If you're not receiving a notification you expect

  • Check that the type of update you're expecting is actually one your account is set up to receive — not every update sends every way.
  • If you have more than one contact on the account, check whether the notification is meant for the primary contact, other contacts, or everyone — you may simply not be in scope for that particular one.
  • For reminders like payment or ageing notices, they only send once your account actually matches the condition (for example, being a certain number of days overdue) — no match, no reminder yet.

Known limitations

  • You can't currently self-configure which notifications you receive or through which channel — that's set up on your account by the business you order from.
