Getting a coupon
- Go to the Rewards section of your account.
- Look through the available coupons — each one shows the discount, how many
points it costs, and how long it lasts.
- If you have enough points, tap "Redeem" to claim it. It's now saved to your
account, ready to use.
Some coupons don't cost points at all — you might get one automatically as a
reward, like for finishing a stamp card or referring a friend. Those show up
in your account already, ready to use.
Using a coupon
- Add items to your cart like normal.
- At checkout, choose the coupon you want from your list of available
coupons.
- Your discount is applied.
- Finish placing your order.
If you cancel your order
Your coupon is automatically given back to you so you can use it on a future
order.
Why a coupon might not be available to use
- It might not apply to your account type.
- It might have expired, or not started yet.
- It might have already been used to its limit by everyone.
- You might not have redeemed it yet if it needs points.
Known limitations
- A coupon can only be used on one order at a time. Once it's used, it's
locked to that order unless the order is cancelled.
- Some coupons only work if your order is above a certain amount.
